DOOR OFFERING: There will be a door offering in support of the ECC on December 3.

CRAFT FAIR: Join us for our 2nd Annual Craft Fair December 2 from 10-4:00! Vendor fees will go to the ECC and CTR Youth Ministry as a fundraiser.  

LWML WOMEN’S CHRISTMAS DINNER is Dec. 14 at 6 pm in the fellowship hall. Tickets are $15 each, payable to LWML and go on sale next Sunday. Guests are asked to bring feminine hygiene products as a donation for Tulsa Day Center for the homeless. Questions?? contact Carol Fruehling at 805-1604. FINAL CHANCE TO SIGN UP FOR THE CTR CHRISTMAS PARTY: Plan now to attend this year’s party on December 9 from 5-8:00 at the Glenpool Convention Center. Tickets are on sale at $15 per adult. Please pay for your tickets on Sunday. Childcare will be available at the church for 10 and under and pizza will be provided for them.  Jenks Vocal Choir will be our entertainment.
 
CHURCH DECORATING: The Elders and Altar Guild will be decorating the church for Christmas on Monday, Dec. 4, at 6:00 pm. Everyone is welcome to come them. Pizza will be served. Questions?? call Bernie Zanter or Wanda Radke.
 
CHILDREN’S CHRISTMAS PROGRAM: Practices are being held during Sunday school for this year’s program on December 13th at 7:00 p.m. Dress rehearsal, however, will be during Faith Friends on December 6. If you have any questions, please contact DCE Myrthe at families@ctrtulsa.org.
 
CTR’S GIVING TREE’S recipient is Mend Medical Clinic & Pregnancy Resource Center. Pick a star from the tree, purchase the item, and put it under the tree by January 1. Please do not wrap the gift. Mend helps moms from the time they are expecting until their child turns three years old. Items both new and used are appreciated. Monetary donations can be placed in the gift box by the tree or make out your check to CTR with Mend on the memo line. JUNIOR ROUSTABOUTS: We are excited to announce that on January 7th we will be kicking off a new program for all ages! Junior Roustabouts is a service group for children from preschool to high school and their parents. This workday will include lunch and a service project led by our very own Roustabouts. Sign up near the library!

CLUB 345 CHRISTMAS PARTY: On December 10th from 3:30-5:00 p.m. come to Club 345’s Christmas Party in the gym. We will be playing stocking socks and Minute to Win It games. Please bring a pair of goofy Christmas socks with a small item inside them to share during our stocking socks game.

Sunday Night Youth Schedule! 2 Sundays a month from 3:00-5:00 PM! You will have the option of participating in a Confirmation class or a Small Group Bible Study followed by a light snack and games.

HIGH SCHOOL CHRISTMAS LOCK-IN (9th-12th grade): January 20th-21st @ Immanuel in Broken Arrow. Cost is $0 to attend. Bring a snack, white elephant gift and items for the service project (announced later) as well as comfy clothes, a blanket, and pillow. We will enjoy Bible Study, Christmas games, walk to the Rhema lights and more!

JR HIGH RETREAT (6th-8th grade): The Jr High Retreat is only CTR youth and friends. This annual event brings together our 6th-8th grade students and friends for a weekend of Bible study, fellowship and team building. Jr High Retreat @ Camp Lutherhoma in Tahlequah January 26-28, 2018. Cost is $70 per jr high student or friend & $35 per high school student leader You can sign up by returning a check for the registration amount (see above) & the form. You will not complete a medical form until after January 1st.
 
JOURNEY IN JANUARY (9th-12th grade) ; High School retreat at Camp Lutherhoma Journey is a high school Christian retreat (Jan. 12-14) that is planned, orchestrated, and run by High School Youth from around the state. Register to attend with CTR by December 10th and pay only $110 to stay in either the Pine or Aspen retreat cabins! Get your forms in early! These cabins fill up FAST!! This price is good for both CTR members and friends they invite to attend!  Your linens, bedding and towels will be provided. If space is still available after December 10th, you may register up until December 24th for $140. Cost includes transportation, meals and housing for the weekend as well as all programming and a t-shirt. You can sign up by returning a check for the registration amount (see above) & the form. You will not complete a

medical form until after January 1st.
 
SOUTH TULSA COMMUNITY HOUSE: We are in great need of just about everything “canned,” as well as other proteins such as dried beans, peanut butter, meat based soups. We also need clean and labels removed prescription bottles which we use to distribute shampoo, body wash/soap and the like. They request that you not donate any Ramon noodles.
 

COLLECTION CENTER: Please remember to collect various ink cartridges and electronic equipment for the LWML; food and household supplies for South Tulsa Community House; various labels for ECC (check out the collection center for a list); various coupons for the military; eye glasses for MOST Ministries. All these items can be dropped off at the collection center at the south entrance.
