DCE APPRECIATION RECEPTION will be held on February 19 between services. Please come and help us celebrate DCE Suzanne’s 10 years of service at CTR. A basket will be available for cards.


 TRIP TALK: Pastor will give an overview of his recent trip to the Holy Land during CTR-U on Wednesday at 5:30. Everyone is invited to attend.


 SWEETS FOR YOUR VALENTINE: ECC is hosting a bake sale on Monday and Tuesday with a variety of homemade desserts. Stop by the office to make your purchase. They are also hosting a raffle for an Edible Arrangement delivered on Valentine’s Day. Raffle tickets are $5 or 10 for $40. Contact the ECC office for your purchase.


 WOMEN’S RETREAT – March 3-5 at Camp Lutherhoma in the luxurious Aspen retreat cabin. Retreat is Friday-Sunday, all meals, snacks, program materials and lodging are included. This includes sheets, blankets, and towels. Please arrange transportation with other participants. Cost for the weekend is $75 per person. Please pay cash or check payable to Christ the Redeemer with “women’s retreat” in the memo line. This retreat is open to CTR members and their friends age 21 and older. Space is limited to 20 people so register early!

 
OFFERING ENVELOPES for 2017 are ready for you to pick up at the south entrance.


LWR PERSONAL CARE KITS: A Thrivent Action Team will be assembling personal care kits for 2017 on Tuesday. Anyone interested in helping out are encouraged to attend at 10:00. If you wish to donate items, please bring large bath towels, 4 oz soap, tooth brushes, sturdy combs and the combo nail clippers/files. 

 
ECC DONATIONS: During the month of February, ECC & CTR families are asked to donate paper towels, kleenix and unscented wipes for use at ECC. These items are always needed so your donations would be very appreciated. You can drop them off at the baskets in the narthex.


LWML SHOE MINISTRY:
Collection of gently used/new shoes is a new recycling project. This is an opportunity for you to clean out your closet. Baskets for the shoes can be found at the collection center near the south entrance and will continue through February.


TULSA OILERS PROFESSIONAL HOCKEY TEAM will be having a Faith & Family Night on Friday, February 24. We are running a special on CTR group tickets for the church at $7 a ticket. For this special rate, please sign up at the table in the narthex. Tickets must be paid at the time you sign up and are non-refundable.


ACOLYTE SCHEDULE is posted at the south entrance. Parents please sign your child up for 2-3 Sundays.

SENIOR FRIENDS will go to lunch on February 12 at Brunch at Sarah’s (8036 S Yale).

BRAILLE WORKSHOP will be at Our Savior on February 13 at 9:00.

CONNECT NIGHT is 6:00-8:00 on March 4 with childcare available at 5:45 at the church. Location for the evening to be determined soon. Please RSVP to Teri King by March 3.


REFORMATION 500 SPEAKER SERIES hosted by Holy Trinity will include the docudrama “Martin Luther: The Idea that Changed the World” on February 20 at 7 pm at Quail Springs Mall in Oklahoma City. Advance tickets of $10 are necessary. Contact Holy Trinity at holytrinityedmond.org/reformation.
 

CAMP LUTHERHOMA is seeking college students to serve on staff for summer 2017. Many positions are available including male/female counselor, lifeguard, photography/video editor and crafts director.
